Re: Action function appears broken

I tried Duke it out... when I pick up the NV goggles, it blinks a couple times, then everything works fine. Hitting action2 toggles it on and off just fine. Not sure what the blinking is when you pick them up, if it's supposed to do that or not, but it works fine once it's done blinking.

Re: ON_CEILING issue

ON_CEILING does nothing more than set the spawn Z to the ceiling height minus the height of the sprite. Sounds like you're not adjusting the footprint position for the sprite properly to allow for this.

So you must have liked RAGE? ;) Yeah, but don't get a whole lot of time to play it. I still like playing the original Doom... and Wolf3D for that matter. I like the first Ridge Racer. I love Twisted Metal...

I used to play "Empire" on the Amiga. They're not my favorite genre... I prefer racing games, and then first or third person shooters.

Re: Sega - ROM - Burning

It's always good to test your stuff on real hardware when you can. Too many hacks don't work on real hardware because they were never tested on real hardware. By the way, Stone Age Gamer is a good place to get an Everdrive... he usually has them in stock, with a case and a manual. KRIKzz just sells ...

Been a busy summer so far...

Sorry about the time I was away... I've been busy helping my dad in his business selling rocks and gems. We just finished a big show last weekend, and our last until winter is this next weekend, so I might be a bit delayed in posting over the weekend. Most of my free time was spent working on a chea...

Re: Sega - ROM - Burning

There are a number of flash carts you can use for homebrew and hacks. There are dozens of Sonic hacks, many of which are really good and fun (like the Amy in Sonic 1/2/3 series). Each flash cart has it's pros and cons, so you should probably check them out to determine which would suit you best. MD-...
