Re: Duke it Out in DOOM
Next version will see lots of new stuff and improvements, including a re-worked shrinker and lots of attack-specific enemy deaths. In short, it'll be even more polished.

Re: [3DGE]Astral Pathfinder (New updates+screens)
An 3DGE mod... by someone other than me. Gotta check this out, looks sweet judging by the screenshots. EDIT: Ok, played most of MAP01 but due to a accident involving a hammer and two wooden posts my index finger is broken which makes playing DOOM very hard (i'm a keyboard purist) so I couldn't play ...

Re: Duke it Out in DOOM (DOOM 1 compatibility)
Saw it this morning, having grown up in the 90's reading PC Gamer (among other magazines) this does bring a smile on my face. If I could and were to go back in time and tell my young self that one day one of my own creations would be mentioned in PC Gamer I think my brain would have imploded right t...

Re: Rewriting Options/Menu Code
Any ideas of when a new build of 3DGE might get released? Looking forward to seeing all the changes that have been floating around implemented.

Re: Rewriting Options/Menu Code
Sounds like you're on top of things. By "LDF" do you mean languages.ldf? As in, support for it will become broken/unavailable with upcoming builds? EDIT: I have played Doom 64 EX a little but It was quite a while ago and I can't honestly remember much other than it being more faithful visually than ...

Re: Rewriting Options/Menu Code
Concerning the MAP05 issue (i was unable to post over at the homepage)... See here... http://imgur.com/a/gVAxY A room behind the shotgunners is opened by a nearby switch revealing both of them and some armor. Once they leave the room (all non-solid objects that is) the door/room is slammed shut leav...

Re: Rewriting Options/Menu Code
The problem is that 3DGE relies on both the X and Y of the lumps and internal engine alignment (or so it would seem). Wouldn't it be best if it just bypassed the lumps X and Y coordinates and instead make headers centered on top and the other texts changeable in styles.ddf? Centered center, centered...
