Hello marscaleb! It's great to see 3dge getting the look-over treatment, the down side being the port is in the midst of some rather radical upgrades. The old Edge 1.35 had several example maps of th gl based features availible. These maps may not work with current 3dge, as the bsp has been refactor...

I've got it running, although only after cheating and putting the dlls. in manually. Installing the msvc2015 you linked to didn't get the current build going, but it did get that first alpha release functioning, so I'm doing something wrong with the updates, either that, or dl'ing the ms dlls manual...

Ohhh, aaaahh! This sounds intriguing! Tell me more about these spawners, will they be instant or will player get a warning? Will they be in the same location or will they be randomized in some fashion?
