Up to my tricks, bumping old, dying topics :P

The majority of that stuff sounds like it'd be quite useful to have implemented, though I have to agree that for now the vehicle code would probably be more than adequate for the majority.

Total Invisibility is a definite future must have IMO - Is it just me, or is Partial Invisibility a bit crap once you get experienced at Doom? I always tend to inadvertently run into enemy projectiles during my frantic dodging, and end up worse off than I would be without the damn powerup!

BESTOW_WEAPON would be a nice touch too - I tried a similar thing using RTS once;

BLAH;
ON_DEATH BERSERK
(GIVE_BENEFIT(HELLSTORM)
*powerup duration*
LOSE_BENEFIT(HELLSTORM))

It worked fine as a modified BERSERK pickup, but was a bit of a bitch to code and get working without any easily-exploited bugs. Also needed a custom map for the ON_DEATH trigger :P Think I have it lying around somewhere, if anyone's interested in 'stealing' it :P (Don't count on it though - cleaned a lot of old crap up a while back)

Can only hope for all those other ideas to be implemented somehow, eh?
