what about the slopes??
"floor align slope" is the main feature in Z-ports!
edge can beat out z-ports because it will have more features than z
P.S. i downloaded 1.31 beta2 yestarday, and before it i had 1.29 rc3 which i downloaded a year ago. maybe i missed something but i've never heard about slopes in edge

There is one thing i want edge to have, and then it will be perfect to me. Multiplayer support! Simple... i always forget what its called, IPX? You know, where you set up a host and give the other players your computers identifiying number (i always forget what its called) so they can directly connect to your computer and play. I know i already said this in another post on here, but it would make edge perfect.
Other than that i think edge is the greatest thing to come to classic doom since the original.
Besides, it gives me somthing to do, i have my own 3d game on hold till i buy milkshape, the only downside to RF engine. So i dicided to take up doom modding again.

Hehe, it's something I'll consider. I've gotten enormous positive feedback on Hypertension so I'm just about in the mood to show some stuff off. I might upload a new shot or two of Fusion but my current attention is fixated on Hypertension.
In relation to the DC port, I don't really want to keep it exclusive to Fusion or Hypertension, I want it to be easily available so you guys can port your stuff over. Trust me, the Dreamcast community loves this stuff and it would definitely start a whole new revolution for them and for us.

well here are the things i would like to see in edge:
1. particle engine for creating particle effects
2. ability to move 3d floors horizontaly (like 3d polyobjects)
3. support for decals with ability to set different decals for different textures
4. support for pk3/zip for resource packs
5. loading models from folders and pk3
6. lightmap model lighting method
7. true shadows for models
This is all i need in edge for this moment.
